From last weekend! There’s some accuracy issues in my dressage test :/
I would love a second horse but between ziva and being in school I have no time (or money) for another one. But if I were to look I would probably buy a greener horse that had good potential to be an upper level horse and if it wanted to be an upper level horse I would keep it and if not I would sell it.
I just recently moved Ziva back up to training, we’ve been at the training level since July 2012, but had some setbacks with Ziva having a big “no” in her and she was injured last year. I’m hoping to move up to prelim in the late summer or the fall, it all depends on how she is about getting fitter and schooling some of the harder stuff. I have to clean up my stadium rounds a bit as well.

When I hear about an outbreak of some equine virus.
Training at MDHT this weekend, ignore my horrible lower leg position please! Not sure what happened there 🙈

being the horse girl at school:
- "so do you like, jump stuff?"
- "do you race?"
- "do you do the thing with cows?"
- if you’re watching a movie in class and a horse comes on the screen everybody looks at you
- "you must be rich"
- "don’t you just sit there?"
- "that’s definitely not a sport"
- "the horse does all the work"
- "you ride? oh well I’VE ridden a horse once…"
"i hate dressage, it’s just so boring!”
"the only reason I don’t do eventing is because you have to do dressage"
“it’s just so boring because I already know how to do everything you have to do in dressage!”
"my horse just really hates dressage!"
“I don’t need to do any dressage with my jumping horse, I mean I flat him like once per month, that’s heaps right?!”
Such an awesome angle!
